Dimitris Blatsios is the Chief Executive Officer of Telekom Albania as of December 2010. Mr. Blatsios came to Telekom Albania from the position of Executive Chief Commercial Officer of Globul Bulgaria (DT-OTE Group). He has an extensive experience in Telecommunications, Retail business and FMCG of more than 27 years.
During his long and diverse career, Mr. Blatsios has served as Managing Director of Germanos Telecom Romania, International Retail Director of Germanos S.A, Sales and Supply Chain Director at Johnson & Johnson Hellas, National Sales & Export Director for the Balkans at Henkel Hellas and other key managerial positions.
Mr. Blatsios holds a Bachelor of Arts from Richmond University, England and a Master of Science Degrees from U.S. International University, Watford, England.
Dimitris Paschos holds the position of Chief Financial Officer of Telekom Albania since October 2009. Before joining Telekom Albania, he has served in various senior Finance positions of Germanos Group of Companies, with last being in 2007 as Chief Financial Officer of Germanos Telecom Romania. Before that, he was the finance controller of Germanos Group International operations. Earlier in his career, Mr. Paschos held senior local and regional positions with Hewlett Packard Eastern Europe Support Organization.
Mr. Paschos holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the American College of Greece and a master’s in International Finance from the University of Leicester UK.
Athanasios Dosis joined Telekom Albania since February 2016, as Chief Commercial Officer Consumer.
Mr. Dosis has more than 20 years’ experience in Telco’s, Retail and FMCG sectors. Before joining Telekom Albania, he has served as Sales Director at Public Stores Retail Chain (“P. Germanos Group” Greece), LG Mobile Company Sales & Marketing Director (Greece & Cyprus), Retail Marketing & Sales Operations Director at Wind Hellas, and other managerial positions.
He is responsible to deliver strategic commercial leadership for company’s revenues and profitability growth, and lead all activities related to Marketing, Customer Service, Residential Sales & Customer Experience.
Mr. Dosis hold a Master of Business Administration from Kingston University-England.
Biljana Nikolic, Human Resources and Administration Director, oversees all aspects of Human Resources Management, Processes & Quality Improvement Management, Physical security and administration functions. Responsible for workforce strategies development that secure future growth, emphasize focus on talent, capabilities and company culture.
Ms. Nikolic has gained an extensive professional experience working in different areas such as production, consulting and marketing, and since 2000 has held several management positions in HR in various international companies (British American Tobacco, Cosmofon telecommunication, OTE Group etc.). She joined Telekom Albania in November 2007.
Ms. Nikolic holds a Master's degree of mechanical engineering from „Kiril & Metodij“ University, Skopje.
Dimitris Ketsetsiadis has joined Telekom Albania since November 2011.
Mr. Ketsetsiadis manages Procurement warehousing, vehicle fleet, Customs, Custodial functions and as well Real Estate.
His main areas of expertise are in segments of operations, purchasing & logistics in various Multinational Companies (WIND Hellas, BIC Hellas, HENKEL Hellas).
Mr. Ketsetsiadis holds a BA in International Economics, University of Cagliari, Italy and PhD in Business Administration, University of Piraeus, Greece.
Ornela Bego, Corporate Affairs Manager, is responsible for the Corporate Responsibility strategy and activities, oversees all external and internal communications and media relations strategy, aligning the actions with the overall policies of the Group that Telekom Albania belongs to, and at the same time ensures a social contribution of the company to the communities it serves.
Before joining Telekom Albania in 2011, Ms. Bego worked in media and communications for over ten years. She served as a journalist in various newspapers and TV Channels, as News Editor in Chief for a national Albanian television and has managed several major PR consulting and advertising projects for national and international corporations and organizations. Ms. Bego holds a Master of Arts degree from the University of Tirana.
